Coaching For Computer Beginners

When someone first sits down in front of a computer, it can be very daunting. There are whole new concepts to be dealt with that others take for granted.

Whether coaching is required for a teenager leaving school, someone wanting to learn new skills to help get a job, a housewife wanting to learn how to buy on the internet, a businessman wanting to become self reliant and send his own emails, we can tailor the coaching to fit their needs. We help new users discover the brave new world of computers, whatever their age.

They might be afraid to do things in case they break it, or something goes wrong.

For older people, we will ensure the keyboard and mouse are set up so that the new learner does not have difficulty when using the mouse or keyboard, and that the visual and audio settings suit their abilities. The rewards of learning to email relatives overseas, or even see them through video are well worth the investment in coaching. And all the information about everything they ever wanted to know is suddenly at their finger tips via the internet.

Examples of training we provide:

• How to use the the mouse and keyboard
• Introduction to windows
• Creating an email account, either in Outlook, or Hotmail / Yahoo
• Learning to send and receive emails
• Organising emails and address books
• Learning to search the internet, and how to navigate the internet

Pricing:

1 to 1 Tuition £30 per hour
1 to 2/3 Tuition £25 per person per hour
1 to 4/5/6 Tuition £20 per person per hour
